Braid Manor

Paddie's PS

How lucky to live in Braid Manor
You get such phenomenal care
Be it plumbing or light bulbs or ladders
There always is somebody there

And now I’ve a new dingle dangle
To stop me when parking my car
After years of hitting the army chest
It will stop me from going too far

But what matters the most is my neighbour
I’ve never touched him- it’s too risky
He’d be very cross and he even might stop
Pouring me glasses of whisky

Lots of thanks to the men of Braid Manor
Who are caring and kind – what a team
There’s trifle, red wine and Malt Whisky
For you all at Number fourteen
